Yes, the Programme has been designed as an intervention and remediation programme for Wave 3 intervention.
Whilst this multisensory teaching programme is essential as a Wave 3 intervention and remediation tool, it is also used with groups of children just below age- related expectations (Wave 2) and a few schools are also using this as a mainstream tool as it provides indicators and help with early detection and prevention of dyscalculia.
Dynamo 1 and 2, gives a strong foundation for the development of number sense and Dynamo 3 and 4 numeracy proficiency. |
